cGetFile and really long file names (path included)

Hello!

cGetFile returns empty string when I select file with very long name
in "My documents" folder. It is OK if file is located in folder with
shorter path.

For example, I can't select file:
"How%20to%20install%20Sun%20Solaris%2010%20inside%20VMware%20Workstation%205.5.pdf"
in folder "My documents" which is:
"F:\Documents and Settings\rm.KLEPEC-O38W69NS\My Documents\"

But when I select file with shorter name like: 2005okt.nri, everything is
OK and cGetFile returns:
"F:\Documents and Settings\rm.KLEPEC-O38W69NS\My Documents\2005okt.nri"
