Andrés Reyes has developed a Windows debugger for FWH + xHarbour using FWH. It looks very promising!

You are totally wrong regarding source code availability and software quality and usefullness.
Nobody has the obligation to provide his source code unless he uses a GPL licence (or similar).
FiveWin provides most of its source code, because we want to, as we understand that it is very usefull for the programmers, but thats not an obligation.
In this case, the term "free" for the debugger, means that you don't have to pay for it, as that is the wish of its developer. Not "free" in the sense that source code is provided.
