I made a mini guide to install and run application from Device Emulator Preview

We use a simple BAT file that easier the emulator configuration:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Device Emulator Preview\PPC_2003_SE\go.bat

..\deviceemulator ppc_2003_se_wwe_armv4.bin /skin Pocketpc_2003_skin.xml /memsize 128 /sharedfolder c:\pocket

that way you don't need ActiveSync at all. Simply copy your EXEs to c:\pocket and they are accesible from the emulator "memory" card

..And If I want install a fwppc program into palm How I can make it ?

it' is possible call from a setup program ( made with fwh) to call Activesync and Activesync must install this my application into palm ?

I saw into many program ( I saw into chess game) there is a simply setup window program : it call activesync and insert chess.exe and all files into palm

Can we create it also ?

You can also copy your EXE into a memory card and simply place it into the real Pocket PC
