For Silvio

Post by Otto »

Hello Silvio, although I know that you don't want any mod harbour posts here, I would like to show you a screenshot.

I am currently switching my order system to mod harbour and have placed 400 switches on the screen as a test.

It works wonderfully. I think that would also be something for your beach software.
You can turn the mod harbour web page into an APP and everything will run like a desktop application.

Sincerely
Otto

Hello,
Just a little side note.
It's been 11 years since I programmed the ordering system with Fivewin for PocketPC.
I took over a lot of functions unchanged after mod harbour.

Best regards,
Otto

Hello Gabo,
What kind of software is that. Is that for managing recipes.
Are you using TWeb or mod harbor pure.
Best regards,
Otto

Hello Gabo,
So it is the same as I have.
I use only mod harbour and html/JS and DBF-files.
Please post some more screens so that we can learn from each other.
Best regards,
Otto

Otto thank you,
but now I'm solving some problems
Unfortunately, I also have serious family problems
I repeat for the last time: I have tried many times with Mod_harbour.
In the various times that I have tested mod_harbour, I have not been able to make a simple program of insertion edit and search work with a dbf. Of course it would be nice to create something like this but without an example test to start from I have not understood how.

Do you remember the example of Carles for fwppc customers.prg?

I started with that example of carles and I created little programs for fwppc, if I don't have an example to really start from, mod_harbour remains very difficult.
I use : FiveWin for Harbour August 2020 (Revision) - Harbour 3.2.0dev (r1712141320) - Bcc7.30 - xMate ver. 1.15.3 - PellesC

Hello Silvio,
I wish you all the best.

In the mod harbor samples there are, for example, the seamap.prg and GENESIS.prg.
Both programs can do what you want.
Seamap.prg is easier, Gensesis.prg is a full-fledged program template.
Best regards,
Otto

Hello Silvio,
what do you mean by make.
You do not have to compile an exe-file.
mod harbour runs prg-files.
Best regards,
Otto
