onemany rmk file for harbour

How can I make the onemany.rmk file under harbour becuase the rmk file is written for clipper . What is the make syntax ?

OneMany.exe : OneMany.obj
SET LIB=..\..\..\lib;c:\clipper5\lib
blinker fi OneMany @..\..\..\include\FiveWin
Brc -K OneMany

OneMany.obj : OneMany.prg
c:\clipper5\bin\clipper OneMany /n/i..\..\..\include

You may copy that sample files to the samples directory and perform a buidh.bat onemany
