How to Run Mac OSX in VMWARE?

I don't have a Mac yet, and dont know when ($) I could get one... I tried to run Mac OSX in VMWare but couldn't run properly...

I'm trying to run in a Win7 (64 bits), Phenom x6 1090T, 8 GB DDR3. The configuration of the virtual machine is 4 GB RAM, 4 processors, 30GB HD
