Hi,

Is there any way to develop a software using FWPPC and xHarbour (ARM) to
connect MySQL Database?

Yes, once you connect the Pocket PC to the server (Wifi, or ActiveSync) then you may use a MySQL library, compiled with Harbour (ARM) and VCE. What MySQL library you use on a PC to connect to MySQL ? Eagle ?
