Backgroundcolor on SAY in folders

I cant define the backgroundcolor from REDEFINE SAY.....COLOR... in folders on Windows VISTA. Any solution?
When themes are used, the SAY parent background is used to have a proper looking.
If you need a specific color for SAYs then you have to modify the Class TSay and include a static function IsAppThemed() that returns .F.
