Problem with shortcuts

Hello,

On a PC with Windows 2000 I have installed my FWH application. By this I replaced a previous version which was FW 16-bits.

I made a new shortcut for this FWH application on the desktop of this PC. If I doubleclick one of these shortcuts, the whole PC hangs completely and I do have to reboot the PC.

If I delete the shortcut and make a new one, the FWH application starts once or twice but later the PC hangs completely again.

Does anyone know what the problem might be ? It does not happen to other applications.

Thank you very much in advance.

Michel,

Right click on the desktop shortcut icon and select "run on a separated memory address" (or similar)

Also, double check that the Windows 2000 have all the service packs installed
