TOLEAuto, Outlook and Attachments

Hello:

Anyone working with TOLEAuto and Outlook?

I'm would like to know if anyone has a way to identify
those pesky little attachments added by different
anti-virus software regarding the state of the email.

We have an Outlook plugin which allows user to select
an email and link and save attachments back to our app.
Instead of having the user weed out unneeded attachments
like the one mentioned, it would be nice to simple
skip/ignore this kind of attachments (same would go for
that pesky winmail.dat that sometimes you get from someone
using Outlook with custom fields but your email client isn't
outlook, you end up with the infamous winmail.dat).

Any clues, ideas, snippets are appreciated.
