How can I put a Transparent Bitmap over a window with a brush ?

Adolfo,

Use the clause TRANSPARENT when creating the bitmap:

@ ..., ... BITMAP ... TRANSPARENT

or

REDEFINE BITMAP ... TRANSPARENT
