Hi,
I cant put a image into my exe file
The image is a BMP picture over 1/2 MB hight quality
The brc32.exe generate the RES file , but ILINK send a fatal error, and definitly is de big bmp into the RES file.
Can anyone put images into EXE ?

No puedo poner imagenes en mi fichero EXE
La imagen es un BMP ( o varios en realidad ) que pesan
sobre 1/2 MB cada uno en alta calidad.
EL compilador de recursos lo compila y genera el archivo RES,
pero ILINK envia un reporte de "Fatal Error", y definitivamente
son los BMP, ya que si los extraigo el EXE se genera sin problemas.
Ha podido alguien meter imagenes grandes en un EXE ?

ilink32 may be failing cause the images large size

ok, any idea ?

Can't you just keep the image as external file?

You may use a different images format instead of BMPs, or place your BMPs outside the EXE
