HOW make a CALLED POST

Ciao to all

I need to make a called POST to an URL and get the answer

I saw same example in this forum. but i wrong something...

Can someone help me to do something like this:

answer:=called_post(URL, my_parameter)

It seems very simple for persons that can handle it
