Resource Limit

Hello,

Before I get too far down the river and then find that I don't have a paddle - is there a limit to the number of Resources that a .RES file (or an application for that matter) can contain?

Has anyone ever run out of place for new Resources like Dialogs, Bitmaps, etc. etc. using BRW 4.5 / xHB / FWH?

This has not happened to me yet but I just want to make sure that at this early stage I don't run out of options.

Regards,

Dale.

Dale,

There is no limit.

Do you store your resources inside the EXE or into a DLL ?

Hello again,

Well I am use xHB so when compiling it is storing all of the resources in the .exe.

Which way is preferable?

Dale.
