A client of mine today reported me that on Vista 64 bit:
PRINT oPrn NAME "Test" [FROM USER|TO cPrinter]
could not print anywhere but the default Windows printer (either "FROM USER" or "TO" a specific printer).
Anybody ever experienced this ?
Any idea ?
Thanks,
Davide

Re: PRINT oPrn Win64
Davide,
I´m using this command on XP64, but I never noticed such a behavior. I can print on any installed printer.

Dear Stefan,
thank you for your confirmation.
Nobody using this in Vista64 or Seven64 ?
Might it be a user's permissions issue on such systems ?
Thanks,
Davide

Davide,
We have here Windows 7 64 also installed, though we prefer 32 bit version cause drivers availability.
We are going to test it and get back to you

Re: PRINT oPrn Win64
Antonio,
thank you for your test.
However I'm using FWH32, non FWH64 and testprn2.prg (at least the 32 bit version) prints to the default Windows printer (neither FROM USER nor TO cPrinter)
Could you please test a slighly modified 32bit version on Wista 7 64bit ?
Thank you,
Davide

Re: PRINT oPrn Win64
Davide,
I just made a test with a 32bit app on Windows 7 64bit.
It´s working fine here, both (FROM USER and TO cPrinter) are working as exspected.

Dear Stefan,
thank you very much. At least now I know the problem was limited to that particular Customer's computer and not due to my program.
Thanks again for your help.
