Most FiveLinux applications shouldn't be that difficult to port to FiveWin, indeed much if not most of the code should run as is.
However FiveWin has more "fancy" features and add-ons so a FiveWin application might present considerably more difficulties to port the other way if such features are included.
However if one is mindful of both FiveLinux and FiveWin when writing your application it wouldn't be too difficult to support both - but there are some FiveWin features you would have to forgo. The two applications could be functionally equivalent but the look would be a bit different as FiveLinux is based on GTK andFiveWin on Windows.
