I have a boy at school ( he not seeing) and I think he'll use this application :
How I make to talk this program when I open win xp and click on desktop of windows
start
programs
Ms word
ecc
I want to speeck it when I click on each menu of windows applications
It is possible it ?

I try ot and I saw that volume, picth and speed not run ok !!!!!!!!

When I tried to download the "tTextToSpeech.zip" from the link you have
provided, It is leaving a message that "Download Limit Exceeded."
I think the service provider has a maximum limit of downloads.

Sliders work
only before speech begins.
If you want to change volume and pause while speaking, you must use ::TagSpeech(nVolume,nmsecsPause) method.
Accordingly to documentation not all computers support ::TagSpeech.
Note that volume, speed and pitch ranges are 0..100
