Animated Gif's ( FWH 8.04 ) not transparent ?

Hello
In my tool program, i included animated gifs
on the top of the main-window.
They are never transparent. On Dialog-tests
it is the same.
Is there a special setting for transparent-effect ?
200 animated International-flags for download :
http://www.pflegeplus.com/fw_downloads/flags.zip
There is another effect :
Some of the flags don't move.
I transfered them all to 4 Bits / 16 Colors. They are all the same.
When i open another application and return to the
program, i can see only the gifs with movements.
During the tests, i used some animated gifs from my
collection. Some produced a program-crash.
( Memory-pointer ? )
The Gif was just 20 KB => 80 x 80 Pixel => 10 Pictures
Some big ones with 256 colors are working.
I loaded them with < GIF-Animator > and choosed
the option < optimize => 4 Bits / 16 colors >. After that, it was OK.
There are 6 different settings possible :
3 Bit / 8 Colors
4 Bit / 16 Colors
5 Bit / 32 Colors
6 Bit / 64 Colors
7 Bit / 128 Colors
8 Bit / 256 Colors
It seems, not all Gif's are working.
Is there something wrong ?
Regards
