I'm working with fwh 8.03 release - I' ve a problem with last release 8.12 ( pheraps also with 8.10 ) using groups in resource file with clause "TRASPARENT"; it's NOT working if I link manifest file. Without manifest it's working perfectly. Thanks in advance . Bye #include "FiveWin.ch...

But i'm using now DBFCDX and i have no error with long alias name!

I'm converting all my sources from DBFCDX TO ADS and I 've found this error.
I use long alias name only in 1 or 2 points . I have sostitute this long name with another one

I'm using FWH + xHarbour TRY to open a ADT Table with this command: USE TEST ALIAS Test_tablename SHARED NEW If you use the alias name long more then 10 chars you receive ERROR 5050 from ADVANTAGE. Test this:
Msginfo(DATE()) .

I've GPF error .

Normally i use dont'use this but today i'm making some test and I've found it.

If you write MSGINFO(dtoc(DATE())) all is ok.
