Preview
In older versions of FWH the Preview screen opened as a separate window and could, for example, be dragged to a second monitor if you had one. Now the Preview screen is smaller and is contained strictly within the window from which it is opened. Is there a way to replicate the old method?

Re: Long Printer Names.
I finally identified the source of all my aggravation. In newer versions of FWH the ENDPRINT command sets the application printer back to the Windows default printer. In the old days this did not happen. It is possible to dispense with ENDPRINT and just use oprn:end(), but ENDPRINT seems to be neces...

Re: email - blat.exe
In Enrico's example I don't see where he is defining the port. Doesn't CDO require the port? Also, I assume this example would not work with Outlook or Office 365.

Re: Long Printer Names.
sorry, I was using the TO statement and regardless it still doesn't work. The only way you can get it to print to a specific printer is to change the windows default printer to the printer you want. Also, if you select a printer using the FROM USER statement the selection is not remembered, and the ...

Re: Long Printer Names.
The Print command is really messed up in recent versions of FWH. In fact, in the command print oprn cprinter, as you described, cprinter is ignored completely. The only way to get that to work is to first set the windows default printer to the printer you want. This makes you think its working but i...

Anyone else notice that when you APPEND FROM a file the resulting file includes deleted records from the source file and the deleted records are now undeleted, even if you Set Deleted on? That is something you need to beware of

Program freezing
I have a user who has multiple screens with Windows 10 and if he leaves my application open and goes to perform other tasks, very often after coming back to my application, especially if its been awhile, it will be frozen. I've had this happen with a couple other users as well. Any ideas?

Re: Preview scrolling
I see what is happening. When the preview screen is opening it is defaulting so that the mouse wheel scrolls the page display at the left. Then if you click one of the arrow buttons (at the top of that display it will switch over so the full page display scrolls. That behavior is a bit odd and hardl...

Preview scrolling
I have noticed with the Preview function in FWH 1507 sometimes you can scroll through the pages with the mouse wheel but sometimes for inexplicable reasons the scrolling is disabled. Is that a bug in the function? There is no consistency to it, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
