Thanks for the reply Antonio, but I guess you did not understand the requirement. My clients are electricians... not programmers. They require onsite help using my software product... not programming.
In your list of customers, am I the only one in Melbourne (Victoria) Australia?
Thanks,
Ross

Am I the only FWPPC user in Melbourne Australia?
My main client wants someone else to act as a technical backup for me when I am not available. Is there anyone else in Melbourne Australia that I can discuss this with?

Need to install FWPPC again
Hi all,
My main PC has become unstable, so I have bought a new Windows 7 box and need to reinstall my FWPPC and the emulator software. I have all of the files in a backup drive, but do not remember if the installation sequence is important.
Can anyone tell me please?
Thanks,
Ross

[SOLVED] How to start a conditional radio
SOLVED Sweating on a Saturday night seems to work. I removed the ON CHANGE codeblocks and substituted separate functions and revised the form of the conditional tests. And ... it works. Lesson learned. Cheers, Ross ************ Hi everyone, Below is a self contained extract from one of my applicatio...

Re: Quickbooks
Thanks Tim,
My client (in the US) is using "quickbooks manufacturing". I guess I will have to throw together something that can confirm access to his data before attempting what he wants to do with it.
Cheers,
Ross

Re: Quickbooks
Hi Tim and Colin,
I just did a search with "quickbooks" on comp.lang.xharbour and didn't find any post by Ron. Are you able to point to a link ... or provide Ron's code?
Thanks,
Ross

Re: Listbox selections
Many thanks Enrico. I read your answer and did not understand it. But I knew that you must be saying something very important ... so I then went and examined the source code for listbox and then the contents of fwce.ch and yes there it was in front of my nose ... a listbox using a dbf gets translate...

Listbox selections
Hi everyone. I have an application that stores the results of electrical safety tests on items in a hotel room, eg lamp, TV, hair dryer etc. Sometimes the user puts the wrong tags on two items and wants to swap the results for the tag numbers. I show him all the results in the rows of a listbox. How...

Re: GROUP definition ... again.
Enrico, I don't use FWH. I only use FWPPC, so I was simply trying to help other "FWPPC-only" developers to avoid the lost time that I experienced using the group command ... and I don't like incorrect documentation never being fixed. Antonio, thanks for confirming that I have been correct ...

So now ... let's see. My code and request has been viewed 44 times, but no one has tried my code and bothered to say if they get 6 little boxes of the same height which would prove that the group command definition is wrong. Interesting ...
